• We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers
• Stripe may provide us with limited information about your transaction (such as the last 4 digits of your card and transaction status)

• Create your personalized coloring book pages
• Process and fulfill your orders
• Communicate with you about your orders (if necessary)
• Respond to your support requests
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of our service

Service Providers

• Railway: Hosts our application infrastructure and processes your data according to Railway's privacy policy
• Microsoft Azure: Stores your uploaded images and generated coloring pages according to Microsoft's privacy statement
• OpenAI: We send your uploaded images to OpenAI's APIs to analyze and generate coloring book pages. Images are processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy
• Stripe: Processes all payments securely according to Stripe's privacy policy
• Staples: Receives only the necessary information (coloring pages and shipping address) to print and bind physical orders
• Sentry: We use Sentry for error monitoring and debugging to improve our service reliability according to Sentry's privacy policy

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Image Retention Policy

Your Uploaded Photos

• Automatic deletion: Original photos you upload are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after your coloring book is created
• Early deletion: Contact us via email anytime to request immediate deletion of your original photos
• Why we delete: We respect that your photos may contain personal content and limit retention to protect your privacy

Generated Coloring Pages

• Coloring pages remain accessible in your account unless you request deletion
• You can download your coloring pages at any time
• Contact us to request deletion of your generated coloring pages

Important Note

Once deleted, original photos cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading your coloring pages within 30 days of creation.

Data Storage and Security

• Our application is hosted on Railway's secure infrastructure
• All data and images are stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the East US region
• We use SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard methods
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
• Correction: Update or correct your account information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Download: Download your generated coloring pages at any time
